Not sure how or why but I didn’t have any pain at all after my acl surgery.. some stiffness and discomfort obviously but zero pain.. the nerve block must have lasted a while. I just went straight towards using Tylenol without any hardcore pain meds. So grateful and consider myself lucky because my first acl surgery wasn’t that way.

Just had posterior done five days ago. No pain meds at all. Got out of bed myself. It ALL depends on your physical shape going in. If you are overweight and out of shape your recovery will take longer.
